Taking digital pics below water (Canon A530)?

I have a Canon digital Powershot A530. It is not waterproof, nor can I add any extra lens, or such accessories. I take a lot of nature pics, and I am still getting used to everything you can do with this camera (it’s a bit confusing). With the Powershot A540, you can get attachments for specific needs, NOT available with mine. Is there any tricks for taking a picture of fish or anything below the water without having the glare? Can I rig something to reduce the glare? If you have any other tricks for taking any awkward pics, please feel free to leave them as well. Thanks.
