My husband wants a GPS card for his iPAQ, I can’t find it! Also looking for some sort of camera card? Help!

My husband has an iPAQ PDA and wants some cool accessories for it for Christmas. He mentioned two items and I can’t find either. One is a GPS card that you put into the iPAQ and it becomes a functioning GPS device. The other is some sort of camera card that turns the iPAQ into a digital camera. If anyone can find new, up-to-date accessories that would work on the iPAQ, I would be really grateful!!!
